Necrotising Fasciitis is a rapidly progressing life threatening soft tissue infection with high mortality and morbidity Necrotising fasciitis is a lethal condition wherein high clinical suspicion,prompt diagnosis and extensive surgical and appropriate antibiotic therapy would be necessary to reduce mortality and duration of hospital confinement
