Abstract

The present study was conducted to find the correlation between the endometrial thickness and the histopathological findings in women with postmenopausal bleeding. 100 women with postmenopausal bleeding were included in this study conducted at Government RSRM Lying In Hospital. The results were tabulated and analysed. It was found that a 5 mm cut off was highly accurate in excluding the endometrial disease in postmenopausal bleeding.
