Abstract

The experience of fatigue after child birth is common to nearly all women and severe postpartum fatigue has effects on women that include reduced health and functional status and early weaning from breastfeeding. So, safe and effective nursing interventions to relief fatigue to aid mothers ability to care herself and the infant becomes inevitable. Need for the study: The birth of a child is generally thought of as a time of great joy for everyone involved. Although this is true, for many women the postpartum becomes less joyful, due to physical and emotional stresses during the time of childbirth and results in symptoms of fatigue. Easing the postpartum discomfort and enhancing the mother to enjoy her motherhood was the sole cause for conducting this study. Objectives:
