Patient’s with the symptoms of Vathamigu gunam were enrolled in the study. ❖ The author had collected, the review of literature for Vatham from classical siddha literatures from various texts, Published articles. ❖ Case sheet and proforma was maintained for all 200 cases. Derangement of Uyirthathukkal, Udalthathukkal, Envagaithrvui, Neerkuri and Neikuri had been discussed. Envagi thervugal had studied in detail and their interpretation had done. ❖ The author observed: The primary objective of NeerkuriandNeikuri as follow as Neerkuri: Amoung 200 Cases. ❖ Niram: • 10 (5%) cases were affected. • 190 (95%) cases were Normal. ❖ Manam: • 200 (100%) case were Normal. ❖ Nurai: • 20 (10%) cases were affected from Niram. • 180 (90%) cases were normal. ❖ Enjal • 200 (100%) case Belonged were absent from Enjal ❖ Neikuri: • 87% of cases were have Vatha neikuri., • 3% of cases were have Vathapitha neikuri • 4.5% of cases were have pithavadha neikuri. The secondary objective of envagai thervu as follows0p • vizhi: The eyes of 73% peoples got affected due to this. • Naadi: This study shows 68% of cases were have Vathapithanadi., 55% of cases were have pitha Vathanadi • Neikuri: This study shows 87% of cases were have Vathaneikuri., 3% of cases were have Vatham neikuri, 4.5% of cases were have pithavadha neikuri. • Malam: 88.5% of participants had constipation • Niram: 32.5% case were Affected By Niram, 67% case were Normal. • Sparisam: 38% cases were Affected By Sparisam, 123 (61.5%) case were Normal in Sparisam. • Naa: 13% cases were Affected By Naa,87% case were Normal • Mozhi: 1.5% cases were Affected By Mozhi, 98% case Belonged were Normal. The secondary objective of Yakkai (somatic type) as follow In this study most of patients yakkai are 74% Vathapitham, 72% Pitha Vatham. CONCLUSION: Sage Theriyar described urine examination and stages of health. He explained the statement “ARREVENA NEEDITIN AGTHEY VATHAM”. Author selected the patients with the symptoms of Vatham predominance and conduct study for validate the statement. Based on the study results, author concludes as per Therayar statement “Aravena Neenditin Agthey Vatham” patients who have Vathammigugunam in their neikuri is Vatham (87%).It has been justified by the parameters studies in this work reflects primitive of Vatham predominancy. Neikuri is the better parameter in assessing Vathammigugunam condition and the same has been recorded by this study. This study has been conducted as observational study only, further experimental studies to be performed in future to prove it in experimental trial.
