Abstract

An effort was made to formulate the Vitex negundo and Aloevera nanaogel and incorporate the Nanogel into the gel. From the results of the presently experiments it may be concluded that formulation F7 showing high percentage of entrapment Vitex negundo and Aloevera nanogel. Hence, F7 formulation was optimized one. The optimized formulation F7 was found to follow zero order release pattern which was revealed by the linearity shown from the plot of the time versus concentration. Nanogels were stable for 4 weeks at 4°C and affirm the drug leakage increased the higher temperature. Optimized formulation was released from the Nanogel formulation in a sustained manner for 12 Hours. The present work revels that the Vitex negundo and Aloevera nanogel produces anticipated synergistic effect against most of the tested bacterial strain. This work revels that the formulated Antibacterial nanogel get will shows the benefit to society against bacterial infection. Antibacterial activity indicates that the nanogel preparation of the optimized formulation F7 thus, the aim of the project was achieved by optimizing the formulation parameters. Antibacterial sensitivity screening, the ethanolic extract of Vitex negundo and Aloevera nanogel showed excellent Antibacterial activity and most of these organisms are natural of the skin. Hence, the plant based medicines that inhibit their growth without harming the host represent potential therapeutic agent.
