In the present study we couldn't include their other co-morbidities with T2DM patients. It may be useful to find the impact of other disease on T2DM control in patients. • In this study the drugs used and their clinical outcomes not measured. Only patient counseling aimed to study. • In this study we did randomization only based on sex matched. However, the actual care-control impact we couldn't establish due to the less number of controls. In our study, the impact of patient counseling on clinical outcomes of Diabetes mellitus was studied and its results were Statistically significant. After the follow-up session, patient had improvements in the Knowledge, Attitude and Practice towards diabetes mellitus and its clinical outcomes.
