In all cases, pre and post treatment pelvic ultrasound was done and also checked fasting blood sugar level before and after treatment to rule out insulin resistance. For clinical assessment scoring was done on the basis of symptoms of PCOS. Observations were noted in tables and charts. Statistical analysis has been done and results were presented. RESULTS: Out of 30 cases 53.3% of cases belong to age group 15-25 years of age. PCOS was found more prevalent in students (46.6%). About 12 cases of raised FBS level showed marked reduction in the blood glucose level.
