The foam was created by TESSARI method. Sodium tetradecyl acetate was commonly used sclerosing agent, it was taken in the ratio of 1:4. when comparing both groups the foam sclerotherapy group had reduced number of wound infection, hematoma formation and less scar formation. Also the peoples in the foam sclerotherapy went to works after the next day of procedure. The recurrence rate also was very minimal in foam sclerotherapy group compared to stab avulsion. so the foam sclerotherapy was better compare to stab avulsion in the treatment of perforator incompetence in the basis of less scar, cosmetic, less wound infection and out patient procedure.
