Abstract

To find out the effectiveness of aerobic exercise with conventional 30 subjects with early osteoarthritis knee were selected. They were divided into control group and experimental group with 15 patients in each group. WOMAC scale is used to measure the functional abilities before and after the treatment. Statistical analysis can be done by using paired‘t’ test shows improvement of functional abilities. It can be concluded from this study that aerobic exercise with conventional therapy shows significant improvement in the functional abilities in patients with early osteoarthritic knee.
