Chronic sinusitis is a most common otorhinolaryngologic disease that is encountered in everyday practice. Only an antimiasmatic management only will help the patient to get cured of his disease and also prevent recurrence. This study is to understand the role of antimiasmatic management in chronic sinusitis and also to know about the common predisposing factors, remedies indicated and the most suitable potency indicated in the treatment of chronic sinusitis. Random selection of 30 cases of patients with Chronic sinusitis was taken and analyzed and the totality was erected followed by antimiasmatic remedy prescription. The symptom score is recorded using the symptom score chart and the changes in the subsequent follow up is recorded and the Statistical analysis is carried out. The result of this study obtained that the improvement was up to 75% showing that the antimiasmatic remedies were effective in managing such cases. 0/3 and 200th potency were found useful. Silicea was indicated in the majority of the cases. The result of the study drawn that the management of Chronic sinusitis with the antimiasmatic remedies in the correct potency is very effective.
