Based on clinical presentation the cases were diagnosed and analyzed. The observations were recorded, before treatment scores were compared with after treatment scores and paired ‘t’ was done to find out the effectiveness of tuberculinum in paediatric age group. RESULT: Among 30 cases, 22 (73.33%) patients showed marked improvement; 7 (23.4%) had moderate improvement and 1 (3.33%) had mild improvement. In statistical analysis, the calculated value of ‘t’ (23.041) is greater than the tabled value of ‘t’(2.45) at 5% significance with (n-1) degrees of freedom, which shows that the test is statistically significant. CONCLUSION: This study shows that tuberculinum is found to be effective theurapeutic remedy in paediatric age group.
